Tender Sales - Certain items, specifically higher value or specialised equipment and machinery are frequently offered for sale by tender. We will target prospective purchasers which enables the vendor to achieve a higher realisation.

Private Treaty Sales - Where a specialised asset, or combination of assets are to be offered a short timescale auction or private treaty may not be the most suitable method of sale. In circumstances where an asset may present difficulties due to its size, location, utilisation, value, removal or associated difficulty then a Private Treaty Sale would be more appropriate. Where the sale is expected to take an extended period to complete we act as private treaty agents and research the relevant industry and solicit potential buyers.

Location- We can conduct online sales at the vendors premises saving costs of removal, transport and storage. We offer a comprehensive service utilising our staff to catalogue and sort all lots, supervise viewing and manage the collection process.

Alternatively, we can arrange removal of assets to our own storage premises in Leominster & Hereford. These extend to nearly 50,000 sqft of secure internal warehousing plus additional external storage for vehicles, plant and machinery.
